Gentle - Serenity Yoga

Dawn is an educator, yoga instructor, body-mind therapist, Reiki Master, teacher trainer, sound healer and founder of DAWNING PATH-Wellness & Education. She works with children, teens, and adults to support emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and mindful living. She also provides professional development and continuing education for Yoga Teachers, educators, therapists, and other professionals who want to integrate body-mind-heart practices into their work.

Her approach is rooted in curiosity, respect, and individual pacing, meeting each person where they are and walking alongside them on their path toward greater ease, resilience, and joy. Dawn draws from somatic education, polyvagal theory, and integrative healing modalities, and is a student of Amy Weintraub, Indu Arora, Joseph LePage and so many other wise folx.
