Fall Softball Skill Development Academy

The Annandale Cardinals academy runs across a six-week fall window with five active Sunday sessions (the extra week serves as a built-in flex/rain date). Each 90-minute session develops four focal skill areas — throwing, fielding, hitting, and baserunning — through a station-rotation format designed for 20+ players and a staff of 5+ coaches. The program is progression-based: every week builds directly on the
previous week's skills, moving from isolated fundamentals to game-speed application and finishing with a competition and assessment day.
