Sole Sisters

Empowering young women in the Annandale community is at the heart of this program. This class blends a thoughtful curriculum with engaging, age-appropriate physical activities to help girls prepare to finish a 5K with confidence at the end of the session.

Through a goal-focused curriculum in a supportive, girl-led environment, participants will learn how to set and achieve personal goals. They’ll be inspired by influential local female role models who share stories, strategies, and encouragement. The girls will form a lasting bond as “Sole Sisters,” supporting one another through challenges and celebrating each other’s successes, guided by empowered women mentors. This will be the 5th year of Sole Sisters!

Coaches will provide the Firecracker 5K registration code after enrollment. Register by the deadline to guarantee your T-shirt.
