Flag Football Fall LeagueRecreationWelcome to our Flag Football League! This league is perfect for athletes of all skill levels who want to enjoy the excitement and strategy of football. Our program focuses on teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development, making it a great way to learn the skills used in 5th/6th grade tackle football league! Participants will learn the fundamentals of flag football, including passing, catching, running routes, and defensive strategies. Volunteer coaches are needed for this league. Girls Basketball Team CampRecreationDesigned for aspiring players of all skill levels, this camp focuses on the fundamentals that drive improvement on both ends of the court. You’ll work on ball handling, shooting technique, footwork, spacing, and decision-making on offense, plus defensive principles, closeouts, rebounding, and communication. The program blends structured drills, technique breakdown, and game-like scrimmages to reinforce concepts in a fun, competitive setting.
