Firearm Safety ClassEnrichmentThis is a DNR sponsored class that is required in order to obtain a Firearms Safety Certificate. Participants must be age 11 and older at the start of class. IMPORTANT: Participants must attend all sessions. If you cannot attend one of the sessions, do not sign up. Saturday's class will be a required test and field day. Lightsaber Fencing: The 7 FormsEnrichmentLIGHTSABER FENCING: The 7 Forms (Grades 1 & Up) In this class, we learn how to lightsaber-fence, starting simply and becoming more advanced. Each of the seven forms has a different perspective that can be applied in the dueling ring and outside of it. This course will help you combine the mind and body in a way that improves mental health as well as physical health. Students will start with drills and games, practicing their skills to use in a tournament at the end of class. Note: Bring a water bottle and closed toe shoes. Leave all lightsabers at home.
