Heart of the Lakes Skills Camp - Basketball

For both boys and girls. The Heart of The Lakes Basketball Skills Camp goals are to develop basketball skills, confidence and and overall better understanding of the game. This four day camp will have a heavy focus on the following basketball skills: ball handling, footwork, shooting mechanics, finishing moves to the basket, weak hand development, post and perimeter work, defensive work, and basketball IQ.
