Cardinal Volleyball Positional Training: Outside Hitters

This summer volleyball training program is designed to improve specific skills for outside hitters. Players will focus on hitting footwork and swing techniques. Join Annadale Alumni and current ST. Ben's Volleyball player Kali Jones, she will lead players through drills and workouts to improve their individual skills.
