High School Tumbling Clinic
This class is for incoming 7th grade gymnasts and older with a strong tumbling foundation. Athletes will refine their skills by focusing on connections and twisting techniques. Led by Annandale varsity gymnastics coaches, this class emphasizes proper form, technique, and safety to help gymnasts progress with confidence.
Beginners: Front and back handspring and front and back tuck focus
Advanced: Tumbling connections and twisting focus
